Galera.bet Joins IBIA to Strengthen Integrity in Brazilian Sports Betting Market
The International Betting Integrity Association (IBIA) has declared that Galera.bet, a sports wagering brand, is its newest member.
Galera.bet, an online operator owned by Match Time Solutions, is concentrated on the Brazilian market.
Galera.bet joins the IBIA’s network of nearly 50 firms and over 100 sports betting brands.

Brazil is now regulating sports wagering.
The decision to join the IBIA arrives as Brazil begins regulating sports betting. After years of postponements, President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva signed a provisional measure (PM), bringing into effect a 2018 law.
Galera.bet is a great addition to the IBIA.
In order to adhere to the rules set forth by the Sports Betting Law, the IBIA became a member of the International Sports Integrity Governance organization.
Prior to the enactment of the Sports Betting Law earlier this year, the IBIA revealed its plans for growth in Brazil. It is collaborating with the Brazilian Institute for Responsible Gaming (IBJR).
