Buzz Bingo CEO Chris Matthews to Step Down at Year-End
The Chief Executive of Buzz Bingo, Chris Matthews, will leave his position at the close of the year.
Matthews has led Buzz Bingo, a well-known bingo hall company in Britain, for a number of years. He effectively directed the organization through a name change and managed the difficult COVID-19 health crisis.
Considering his exit, Matthews stated, “This was not a simple choice, particularly when you are as enthusiastic about a business like Buzz as I am. Nevertheless, with the enterprise back in the black after the epidemic and our online business thriving, I believe it is the opportune moment to pass the baton to a wonderful replacement in Dominic.”
Dominic Mansour, the present Chief Operating Officer, will assume the role of CEO. He noted, “It has been an honor collaborating with Chris since I joined Buzz Bingo in 2021. I have gained significant knowledge from him regarding expanding and cultivating this cherished brand. The company possesses a promising future, and I am excited to collaborate closely with our skilled executive team and committed personnel to elevate Buzz Bingo to greater levels.”
John Kelly, the Chair of Buzz Bingo, remarked on the change, “Chris has adeptly steered the company through an alteration in ownership, two years of pandemic-related interruption, and the reorganization of our property holdings. Under his direction, the Buzz brand was established, alongside the successful introduction of buzzbingo.com.”
Chris has performed admirably, guiding both organizations to prosperous outcomes. We are immensely appreciative of his commitment and extend our best wishes for his upcoming pursuits.
